Reviewed Ciabatta Stuffing with Chestnuts and Pancetta

"I've never reviewed a recipe before but thats how good this one is! I made the recipe for the third year in a row and it just keeps getting better! I make mine vegan but no one seems to notice, that is minus the pancetta, with olive oil instead of butter(which by the way is very italian, and vegtable broth. I look forward to this recipe (especially the chestnuts!) all year. Enjoy! It is so easy to make; you'll never go back to the boxed stuff!
Oh and I roast my chestnuts in the oven instead of using the canned ones, fresh is always better right? It only takes 20 minutes and then you can munch on a few before you add them to the stuffing...
