"OMG, TYLER YOU OUTDID YOURSELF ON THIS ONE! SO GOOD! I LOVE THE FULL BODIED FLAVOR THE RED WINE GIVES THIS SOUP. CANT WAIT TO MAKE THIS AGAIN! FYI, IT TOOK ME LONGER TO GET THE RED WINE TO REDUCE THAN THE RECIPE STATED, BUT I JUST REMAINED CALM & DIDNT RUSH THE PROCESS. CARMALIZING THE ONIONS FOR SO LONG PAID OFF BIG TIME IN THE END! O AND DEF COOK OUT THE RAW FLOUR OR YOU WILL GET LUMPS...THANKS CHEF FLORENCE!

"SUPER YUMMY! I USED MORE THAN A TABLESPOON OF SEASONING! I COVERED THE ENTIRE 6 BONE RIB ROAST ALMOST TEN LBS W/ THE SEASONING MIXTURE! I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE TO THE TEE AND IT TURNED OUT PERFECT! GO PAULA FOR THIS RECIPE, THE HARDEST PART WAS NOT OPENING THE OVEN TO PEAK...GOOD LUCK FELLOW FOODIES, TRY IT AND YOU TOO WILL LOVE IT!
