Reviewed Grilled Flank Steak with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

I used top sirloin fillets instead of sliced flank steak, but I don't think it really matters what kind of meat you use after tasting the sauce. It is so delicious! My husband raved over the sauce. So easy and quick! I used canned chicken, but I think next time I'll go with the real thing. I also used about double the cheese. We love cheese.
