Wonderful! Made for Christmas and received lots of compliments. The technique of caramelizing the onions in clarified butter and the addition of the vermouth and cayenne gave it nice depth. I will try a half cup of olive oil mayo the next time I make this dish to make the dip a tad bit creamier. Love this show...please make more episodes. Nice to...

Excellent one dish meal. Used 2 cloves garlic and tsp red pepper flakes. The cheese I used was smoked gouda and added a bit of the pasta water which kept it moist. Great way to use ingredients you already have."
