Delicious! This dish is well worth the effort. Perfect for an otherwise lazy Sunday afternoon. I do agree with other reviewers, however, who cautioned to reduce the amount of cinnamon. I used about 1/2 of a TBSP and it was perfect. Love Ina!! "

Incredible!! Do not be afraid to try this! Set aside a couple of hours though. It takes a while to make, but it is SO worth it! In response to jillmiller's question about the salt content, try using unsalted beef broth. If you do that, you should be able to follow the rest of the recipe without experiencing any salt issues.
