"Incredible!! Do not be afraid to try this! Set aside a couple of hours though. It takes a while to make, but it is SO worth it! In response to jillmiller's question about the salt content, try using unsalted beef broth. If you do that, you should be able to follow the rest of the recipe without experiencing any salt issues.
