Reviewed Lamb Ragu with Mint

The dish was wonderful. My hubby liked the mint, but he doesn't like too much so I used only about 4 springs. Just enough to flavor it, but not overpower. I used a full cup of merlot. It was wonderful. The sweetness of the Merlot balanced nicely with the bite of tomato, mint and lamb. The lamb I bought had been frozen and when I first started frying...
