This was awesome... It did need a tad more salt... Even my hubby loved it... And he hates zucchini...
As for people that haven't tried it... PLEASE don't rate and give your option of what you think... It's not fair to bring down the rating of a recipe if you didn't even make it....

I was skeptical at first... I thought I have nothing to lose.... I am so glad I tried this recipe.... I love fried zucchini.... And this is as close as you can get to the real deal... My daughter is trying to eat healthier, and at 13... She just loved it... Also knowing it was better for her made it that much tastier...

I made this for my daughter and she just loves it! She is a soup person so if she says it good then it is. I didn't thicken it I left it soupy because she loves broth. Very easy to make, but did take me a long time to do it... But worth it... Thanks Ree you have great recipes:) "
