As for the pie, I'll be making it for Thanksgiving this year. I did have some trouble finding tapioca flour because the places that I know carry it were out. Finally figured out that tapioca starch is the same thing and got it for much cheaper at my local Asian Supermarket. Grains of paradise were a bit tough to find, too, but I did locate them. I'm sure it'll all be worth it!
