This is such an easy recipe....especially if you have a food processor. I didn't have strawberry jam so I used raspberry instead and added 2 tbls. more of the sugar to the recipe since I wasn't going to do the glaze. They turned out so moist and tasty. I didn't do the glaze and Great recipe! Thanks, Giada!"

This soup is easy and delicious. I used a 'stick blender' to breakdown the carrots and onions. Once the soup was well-blended, I let it simmer for about 20 minutes before adding the whipping cream. This allowed the soup to thicken up a bit more. Then I stirred in a teaspoon of garam masala before adding the cream. This spice seemed to really round"
