"This was sooooo good! Fell apart and melted in my mouth. The onions were scumptious! I used beef stock instead of broth and I used Sherry Cooking Wine along with the stock. YUMMY!""

Reviewed Mama's Lasagna

"Very tasty and super easy. I used Ground Turkey instead of ground beef. This was the first time I have ever used cottage cheese in a lasagna recipe. I think I prefer ricotta. I would make it again with a few adjustments. Diced tomatoes instead of stewed, and I will omit the season salt in the mixture, it made it a tad to salty."

Reviewed Short Ribs

"EXCELLENT! I purchased my first cast iron dutch oven to use this recipe. So glad that I did. The flavor was excellent and the cast iron dutch oven does an excellent job with braising. My entire family loved the ribs, they were very tender and had lots of flavor. I did not use the House Seasoning, I used Morton's Season-All and garlic salt. I made rice as the recipe suggested but next time will make mashed potatoes. Definitely will make it again!"
