This was sooooo good! Fell apart and melted in my mouth. The onions were scumptious! I used beef stock instead of broth and I used Sherry Cooking Wine along with the stock. YUMMY!""

Very tasty and super easy. I used Ground Turkey instead of ground beef. This was the first time I have ever used cottage cheese in a lasagna recipe. I think I prefer ricotta. I would make it again with a few adjustments. Diced tomatoes instead of stewed, and I will omit the season salt in the mixture, it made it a tad to salty."

EXCELLENT! I purchased my first cast iron dutch oven to use this recipe. So glad that I did. The flavor was excellent and the cast iron dutch oven does an excellent job with braising.
