Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce

Didn't have baby spinach, used a 10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained. Had lots of peppers so that there was more filling than peppers wasn't an issue. Didn't have creme fraiche, used a can of diced tomatoes in the bottom of the dish and added a little of the left over broth instead of water. Drizzled some lemon juice over the peppers...
