Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops
"I just made these pork chops tonight. I had no buttermilk so improvised with half and half. I also added fresh sliced mushrooms and a tab of butter at the end to make the gravy a little silkier. Excellent hearty dish with mashed potatoes. It got a thumbs up from the hubby. Prep was really easy. ""
