"My mom's family is Italian and we always had fish on Christmas Eve...Feast of the Seven Fishes. I tried Squid Soup this year and wanted a pasta dish as well. I couldn't have picked a better dish! This was superb and everyone absolutely loved it. I had a little left over and warmed it up the next day and it was still incredible. Perfect just the way it is written...wouldn't change or add a thing! We LOVED it and will have it over and over again! Thank you Giada for sharing this incredible recipe.
