About Me
I'm a just turned 60 retired French-trained professional chef. I've loved every minute of my career and now I'm loving every minute of my retirement. I cook, write, play bridge and finally I have time for a real life like going to the theatre or a movie at night instead of sweating over a hot, steamy stove. And now I get to spend evenings cuddled up with my ever-patient partner in front of a roaring fireplace. Hurray! To everybody: be brave and try new recipes, you can do it.
