Reviewed slow-cooker pork tacos

I made this for the first time today. I didn't have dried pasilla chiles, so I used more ancho chiles in their place. I also increased the number of chipotles in adobo to 4. This is delicious. I will be making it again.

I thought this recipe was good, but mine was falling apart when slicing it. It didn't seem to have enough binder. Next time, I will be using real bacon, because I don't know if one brand of turkey bacon is better than another, but the one I used was lacking flavor.

I used to think that I didn't like sweet potatoes, but that's because I had only tried the candied sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top. This recipe has changed the way I think about sweet potatoes. I used 2 chipotles from the can, since I love the heat it gives them. Awesome recipe Alton."

This is a fantastic recipe. I made it with 1 1/2 Lbs. ground beef and 1 1/2 Lbs. ground turkey. The wine I chose for this was Cotes Du
rhone. It took a little longer for me than the recipe indicates, but it is well worth it. It is even better the next day. YUM!""

Reviewed Cranberry Sauce

I made this for Thanksgiving this year, and everybody loved it. My family loves cranberries, so I doubled the amount of cranberries and left the rest of the recipe the same. Toward the end, I tasted it to see if it needed more sugar, but it was a very nice blend of tart and sweet.
