Reviewed Pasta Bolognese

"This bolognese is great! I have made this at least 6 times. I made a few changes but this is to my taste. I used about 1 1/2 c. wine. I'm still getting use to the taste. I also used low sodium beef broth instead of the water at the beginning of the recipe. I tastes great. More flavor!
