Reviewed Winter Minestrone and Garlic Bruschetta

I have made this soup recipe about 5 times now. It is just delicious! It has met with nothing but rave reviews. I did cut back on the salt and didn't use quite as much pasta. When I made the soup yesterday I had a turnip that I added and it was fine. Be sure to use fresh thyme - such great flavor! Thank you, Ina, for another fantastic soup recipe."
