Reviewed Roasted Asparagus with Cashew-Curry Mayonnaise
"This was delicious. My kids even ate it and liked it. My husband suggested trying it in deviled eggs. I used a little on my pork chops as well and it was outstanding! I am not a curry fan but this was wonderful! I even went out and bought more asparagus to make tomorrow and use the rest of the sauce. Yum! I also used almonds for mine because I did not have any other nuts available. "
