Reviewed Chipotle Beef Tostadas

Jul 24, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

This recipe was delicious! I used the yellow squash in mine... and used tostada bowls instead of the flat tostadas. It was delicious and the lime just provides the perfect finishing touch. There is just a little hint of spice. It's very flavorful and I brought this to work for lunch... it was even better the second day! Definitely something I will"

I did use the bok choy which was my first time cooking with this, I must say it is a very different texture and is great with the beef. It is a very spicy dish and would hit the spot for someone looking for a quick, spicy meal.

Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Chicken With Creamed Corn

Jun 25, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

I liked the recipe and will use it in the future. I was worried the lemon would be overpowering for the chicken but it turned out delicious with the garlic... this baste helped keep the chicken moist while roasting as well. The pieces of garlic were a little crispy though after 20 minutes, lol but nothing too bad. I actually transferred my chicken"
