Just ok...a lot of work and prep which is ok if an excellent result is achieved ....I think the main problem was way too much oil in the mixture (3/4 cup) which makes the batch way too moist (mushy) and made it difficult to keep them together during cooking and once cooked. For a recipe that looked so good on TV I was disappointed. I also wonder"
