Reviewed Marbled Stuffed Potatoes
"What a great idea! The marbling of the sweet potato not only looks great but tastes amazing! I made this as a side for a rime rib dinner with the family, so I cut each potato in half and added some bacon to the filling. Still plenty of potato and perfect size! So tasty.
Reviewed Caramel Apple Cake
"I made a few adjustments to make 2 smaller cakes and it came out AMAZING! Instead of one 9x3 round I used 2 standard rounds and split the caramel between them. As for the apples I just sliced them and laid them in a fan pattern. Split the batter between the 2 pans and 2 incredibly delicious cakes came out. BONUS: Zero oven mess! Huge hit for the fall.
