"Shame on you Ina. Onions in a 425 degree oven for close to an hour are going to burn EVERY TIME. I should have known better! The recipe is delicious, but only because I added all new onions for the last 10 minutes."

Reviewed Uncle Wilson's Grilled Onions

"I must have done something wrong. I could only get Walla Walla (sweet) Onions and they were the size of a softball. I cooked for 1 hour in the oven and on highest rack in grill for another 40 minutes. The bacon was undercooked, the butter turned to watery mess, the onions not quite done.
