“This recipe is a good starting point. But I added minced garlic, old bay seasoning and chicken broth (didn't have seafood stock) and a bay leaf.
Also, I added a little bit of tomato paste for some body. If I had some wine in the house, I might have joined it.
Good recipe, but it needed some "help".”
