I think the flavor of this recipe depends on the kinds of instant tea & yogurt you use. I adjusted my smoothie to have 2 tbls of instant tea with about half the yoghurt and I really enjoyed it. This was a big hit with my menfolk. I didn't have mustard seeds so I substituted ground mustard powder. Very inexpensive and simple to make. Meets our gluten-free, vegetarian needs. I'm definitely adding this to our list of regular meals."
