Reviewed Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
"This is now a staple side dish at our house. I have served it with everything from grilled fish to pot roast and gravy. We LOVE these potatoes. They are delicious and so simple. When its roasted, the garlic caramelizes and the potatoes get crispy and brown on the outside and soft on the inside. It has a great flavor that compliments any meal. Made them for company twice recently and they loved them! We use yellow gold potatoes and they are YUM!
