FANTASTIC!! I'm so glad I made this recipe. I didn't have self-rising cornmeal, but it was easy enough to make. I used canned cream corn and though it was fine. Wanted more cayenne, but that's me. I will definitely have this as my go to cornbread, not that stuff in a box.""

For my first try making homemade lemonade, this wasn't bad, but not at all what I wanted. It wasn't nearly lemony enough and for me it was TOO sweet. I'm gonna search for another recipe, or just wing it. Really though Paula's would be the best! :("

Great baseline for cannoli cream. With the changes I made I think it's actually a 5 star. I added a bit of extra sugar, as it wasn't sweet enough for me. Did it at the end so there's a small gritty texture. No raisins or pistachios just because I'm only spreading it on crostini. I'd gladly put it into cannoli shells and happily munch away. I...

So flippin good I can't stand it. Only changes-2 large shallots (didn't have onion). The fresh basil makes it perfect. I used 6 vine tomatoes, super fresh. Didn't mind the skins. I used about a half of a roasted garlic loaf, and it was just perfect. Use a masher if your bread is staying chunky."
