"This is the first cheesecake I've ever made that turned out great. It was smooth and creamy. I think some people are either not following directions or their oven's thermostat maybe off. It is a good idea to have an oven thermometer when baking to make sure you have the right temp. I got rave reviews and have no leftovers!

"This was so easy to make and turned out great! We opted to not put on meringue and added whipped cream instead. My husband's grandmother made a sweet potato pie and mine was the one gone.
Reviewed Lemon Meringue Pie
"This was the best lemon meringue pie I ever ate! It was the first time I've ever attempted to make one. I filled it and let it bake while I made the meringue (about 10-15 min) then after I topped it put it back in for another 15 min. You have to let it cool completely and I refrigerated mine over night. It set up perfect. It was the right tartness. I used bottled organic lemon juice and lemon extract instead of zest and still was great. There is none of it left and I think I could have eaten the whole pie myself!
