I just made this today, with almost ripe nectarines. (they were too hard to eat, but almost ready!) Holy cow. SOOOO...Delicious. I oretty much stuck to the recipe, but opted out of the raisins, and did not have almonds on had for the crumble. Also, based on some of the reviews below (and from her video) I only used the juice of 1/2 a lemon. ...

This potato salad was amazing! I followed it just as it is written. I used really good bacon from the butcher, which I think made it all that much better. If you can, make it a day ahead. The leftovers on day 2 were even better! Yummm!"

Great recipe for a quick salad that delicious. This is the second time that I have made this one and it is a big hit again. Make sure you buy a nice quality Broccoli Slaw. The first one I bought was more a cole slaw texture. This bag had larger, longer (almost looks like sprouts) pieces and it is much better. Enjoy."
