The potatoes stuck to the tinfoil! It needed cooking spray sprayed on the tinfoil before anything was placed there.. And the overall taste was rather bland. Easy to do but very disappointing on taste.

Great recipe. I made a few changes. I used very sharp cheddar, and Monterey jack cheeses, with no blue cheese. I didn't add the dry spices to the ricotta cheese mixture. And 1 TBSP (1/2 TBSP for a 9 x 13 pan) was not enough hot sauce, so I used 1/2 to 3/4 of a bottle of hot sauce, like a previous review suggested. All in all, a really great r"

AMAZING! The whole family loved this recipe. The bok choy was a bit expensive, but worth it. Definately marinate the chicken overnight, don't just do it for 2 hours. I can' t find the lo mein noodles in my supermarket, and don't feel like going to a specialty store, so I use linguine and it works great!"

My family loves these cupcakes. I even brought them into work, and the ladies are still raving about them. Instead of doing the brown butter frosting, I made a standard cream cheese frosting. It just seemed more appealing to me. Terrific recipe!"

This was FABULOUS! My picky teenager even loved it. I used potatoes and carrots instead of artichokes and squash. And the figs worked great too, even though I think they wouldn't. The orange zest was a nice added flavor. This is a nice dependable meal for the cold winter months! Can't wait to make again! "
