Reviewed Salmon with Lentils

Delicious recipe and easy to make. I love that all the flavors are fresh and the lentils aren't overcooked. I make the lentils alone when I want a lentil salad in the house. Sometimes I add parsnips instead of or in addition to carrots. I take the cooked lentils out of the pot and cool them in a bowl to stop the cooking process.

This is my new favorite fruit dessert. I usually make the full recipe of topping and freeze half of it. It is perfect the next time I need to make a dessert and no mess involved.
