Reviewed Fully Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup

"OK I only use recipes as a base) but I only did/added a few things to this and it was simply incredible. I used a lot more pepper, also added an Anaheim pepper, 4 oz of cream cheese, some thyme, italian parsley and a lot more hot sauce. Also instead of bacon I used some breakfast sausage and beef sausage (hillshire) Cooked the sausage and veggies low and slow, added a little extra flour, cooked a little longer added the beer, stock and milk (use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup half and half) Then used 2 russets and 4 Yukon Golds with the skin At the end added the parsley and 8 oz of cheddar. WOW!!!!!! This is the 3rd recipe I've used (although altered) of the Neely's and each has been a huge hit!
