"I need a quick and delicious breakfast in the mornings and came across this recipe. All I can say is WOW!!! With a few changes (for easy portability and time) it was great. Instead of making dough I used a cinnamon-raisen bagle, layered with cinnamon-cream cheese (mix 8oz cream cheese with 1 Tb. cinnamon, 1 Tb. powder sugar and 1 tsp. lemon extract. Reserve unused portion in frig for later useTopped with seasonal fruit. For a healthier approach try low fat or fat free cream cheese and a whole wheat bagle topped with fruit."
