About Me
I am a high school science teacher at a small Catholic school. I enjoy reading, cooking, biking and canoeing. I love to cook and use cooking as an introduction to many science lessons. After all cooking is science!
Favorite Foods
I love to make Italian and Chinese foods. I am probably most famous for my bbq'd ribs and coconut cream pie. My favorite resturant is Chapala's, a small locally owned Mexican restaurant. I order the Camarones a la Diablo and enjoy every bite.
