My Activity

Reviewed Sunny's Tuna Noodle Casserole

"I love Sunny and when I saw her make this I knew I'd had to make it sooner rather than later. I tweeted Sunny today (Sunny if you read this, its @LovinMyBulls) and she told me to make sure that my noodles were al dente and my panko had plenty of EVOO. This was an AMAZING dish! It was my first time having a tuna casserole and wow, it was deliciou""

Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"This strognaoff was so good!!! I only wish that the meat I had was a bit more tender however, the sauce was really good.

Reviewed Herb Buttered Noodles

"These were really good! I didn't have fresh parsley or fresh thyme so I used dried herbs and they were good. The only thing I did different was I used an entire stick of butter LoL! I softened 4 tablespoons to start but then found that I needed a full stick.

Reviewed Classic Turkey in 5

"I saw her show (for the first time ever because I'm not a fan of hers) however...good thing I did! After a week of watching FN Thanksgiving shows, her recipe seemed the easiest especially since the company I was having isn't very adventurous when it comes to food LoL I made the turkey almost exactly as Claire states however, instead of salt I put poultry seasoning and added fresh sprigs of thyme and a few sage leaves in the cavity and wow...my turkey came out SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! Very juicy! I definitely recommend this recipe and I will most def tune into her shows more often.

Reviewed Chicken or Turkey Spanakopita Burgers and Fries with Yogurt Dip

"What can I say, my girl NEVER LETS ME DOWN!!! I was in a pinch to make dinner and all I had thawed out was ground turkey (which my husband swears he doesn't like...HA!) I made these burgers and they were AMAZING!!! Didn't make the yogurt dip however, complemented the burger with some plain Greek yogurt on the side and it was the perfect match. Thanks Rachael for NEVER letting me down!!! Love ya!

Reviewed Chicken Chorizo Patty Melt

"We saw this episode when it aired on Saturday and immediately after my husband and I went to go find the ground chicken and nan (he's Mexican so we always have chorizo on hand) and I must say...these were AMAZING!!! This is my first time trying a Sunny recipe because I'm a Rachael Ray / Emeril fan but WOW!!! Can't wait to lose more weight so I can try the red velvet brownies she also made on this episode. AMAZING recipe...I encourage everyone to try it!
