Reviewed Cold Rice Salad
"I made this salad last night and it was a big hit with my husband. I loved it, too. I am going to keep this recipe handy so I can use it for pot luck dinners and dinner parties. Soaking the onions in cold water was the best trick! They were crunchy and not strong at all. Thanks, Melissa!
