Absolutely gorgeous dish ! Just made some changes. Didn't have any parsley, used fresh rosemary instead. I used the juice of one lemon to marinate the chicken thighs with the legs ( 2pcs weighing roughly 1kg and left it to sit for more than 1 hour.
