Reviewed Lemon Cake

This recipe is simply fabulous! My sister suggested just the lemon syrup and omitting the glaze because I was giving them as gifts and had to wrap them. I did not want the glaze to make for a messy presentation if it did not have enough time to dry. The cake is moist, buttery, with delicious tart lemon flavor. A cinch to make. Thank you!"
