Although I didn't do so well on making the merigue the directions were easy to follow and it still puffed up beautifully and oh my God was it incredible! It was chocolate friggin nirvana, the slightly crunchy sides and top, the smooth almost creamy inside..wow. This a way to impress your dinner guests. Five stars in my book!"
