Reviewed Broccoli Cheese Soup
"This recipe was excellent! Rather than just using the flourets of the broccoli, I also peeled and cut the stalk. To make the recipe a little lower in fat I replaced the half and half with 2 cups of water. The soup was just wonderful and with homemade bread bowls...superb!!!"
