Incredibly flavorful. I used the shells from the shrimp to make a stock and then used it in the grits. I also used smoked gruyere cheese in the grits because I didn't have any cheddar which gave the grits an awesome flavor. I cut the Cajun seasoning in half but it was still a little too hot for my wife so next time I may cut it down a little more"

AB, This one's a keeper. If someone was standing next to me when I ate these they would have been slapped! These are excellent! Those who reported it being to salty probably didn't taste the braising liquid before thay put it on the ribs. It WAS very salty so I used my favorite BBQ sauce instead. However, the ribs them selves with out the sauce w"
