Bravo, Chef! This recipe IS my new standard for mashed potatoes.
I minced the garlic and left it in the mix, boiled the potatoes in chicken soup base instead of water, and added some fresh dill to the boiling potatoes.
You can't beat light, fluffy, creamy, tasty, and the rave reviews from my guests!

Excellent recipe! Might there be a misprint in the ingredients list for the Marinara Sauce? In the stand-alone recipe for the same sauce and crushed tomato quantity, the remaining ingredients are doubled:
