Is 130 a typo? I let it cool to 130 F, which took over 30 minutes in a 62 degree house. I stirred for a minute, and it set up like cement. I tried it again, and let it cool to 230 F, stirred it for a minute, poured it into the pan, and it was perfect.

Very good recipe, I followed it to a 't' and they came out great. I baked a double batch and brought it to my office - they disappeared quickly! I will try them again with wheat flour, and reduce the white sugar by 1/4 cup.""

Very delicious, but very hard to flip. I had to add extra milk and lower the temperature to get them to cook without burning, and even with a buttered skillet, they still tried to stick.
