"Never made eggs Benny before. I followed the recipe exactly and I t came out amazing. Truly delicious and worth the time it takes to make it. I cut the recipe in half and that worked out well. There is enough sauce to make another serving. Did not do the lettuce side. Did potatoes instead but next time roasted asparagus will be better. Wow "
"Delicious! I felt like I was eating at an italian restaurant. Was the first time I ever made pesto and I cook a lot. This recipe is really flexible. I made a few changes as did many of you who reviewed it. Used walnuts rather than pinenuts (since they are expensive), added an extra clove of garlic, used only zucchini, used the blender rather "
