Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

THE BOMB!!!! Fool proof indeed. I let it sit out to long. Still good. I added an herb butter. Better. I left it in the oven for almost 5 hours. Great. To reheat, I started it at 500 degrees. Perfection. I did not follow the instructions well, but the technique was perfect. Perfect medium rare!

Just made it today. I THOUGHT my knives were sharp enough. NOT AT ALL. It will NOT work unless a sharp knife is used. Other wise, this was good. I loved how the au jus turned out. It was luscious. Seasoning was good. The meat was a perfect med rare to rare, but I couldn't slice it thin enough... Not sure if I'll try again."

OMG! This was sooo good! I had a 10lb pork butt and doubled the seasoning and beer. I didn't need to make a sauce! My husband didn't want it. The pork was seasoned perfectly!!!"
