Okay I am giving the recipe 5 stars after my 3rd try! I knew the taste was there but the cookies kept spreading and coming out undercooked, overcooked and crispy at the same time. I knew I was close but needed to deal with the high altitude. So after reading the reviews I made some adjustments. Instead of brown rice flour I used a little over 1"
