Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

I substituted the oil in the recipe with applesauce and also used 4 bananas. The cook time listed in the recipe is way off. Had it in the oven at 350 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes and it still wasn't cooked through. I'm sure if it was cooked longer that it would still be moist but that it would not be doughy.
