Sure... brown on the stove top and move to a foil lined baking sheet. Then finish the recipe. I do it all the time.

Was just going to say the same thing. You can't substitute limes for oranges. Limes have a completely different flavor profile, and you have to be careful when using them, IMO.

AMAZING RECIPE! Really delicious, quick and easy to make. I didn't skewer the shrimp, and grilled them 3 mins per side. Came out PERFECT! I also used rice wine vinegar and miren instead of the white wine vinegar. I didn't have the peanut oil, so I used canola oil instead.
This was one of the best vinaigrettes, which I will definitely...

AWFUL! Baking powder has no place in a gnocchi recipe... plus, this should have had more egg. I've made gnocchi before and thought I'd try Tyler's recipe since I generally like them. NOT THIS ONE..... "
