"What a great idea of putting slices of bread in the bottom of the pan. This was a pretty good meatloaf. Next time i'll add minced onion and garlic. "

"These were hands down the best buffalo chicken strips i've ever had. Made them for Superbowl....everyone loved them. The blue cheese ranch dip is amazingly tasty....this will be a regular mix on my menu. Now, tell me why Aaron McCargo is not on prime time. This young man has personality plus!

Reviewed Vegetable Meatloaf with Balsamic Glaze
"First of all...i don't think I've ever had a dish turn out looking just like the picture. That was the first thrill! With that said I'll just add that this recipe is amazing. Moist, full of flavor and the family loved it. I added onion to the veggie mix and a little extra garlic. This was my first turkey meatloaf and I'll never go back to beef again. Thanks Bobby!
Reviewed Asian-Style Braised Short Ribs
"Thankfully I read the reviews here and bought a fat separator prior to making this recipie. Worked like a charm. Aside from that...the family loved it but I'm somewhat on the fence. I'm not sure if it was because I was unable to find lemongrass (substituted with jest of 1 lemon and cilantro but the soy is certainly ever present in the end result. I'll be reading further back into the reviews for change up's. Still 4 star in my eyes...but the family would disagree and give it 5.
