Seriously, this chicken was GOOD, so moist and flavorful. But the high cook temp smoked the house out and scared the cocker spaniel. I'd make it again, but outside in the BBQ.""

"Quite good .. but I think I'll brown the chicken first, then bake. I over cooked it a bit as I thought it wasn't done. Didn't make the sauce, but would make the dish again."

"YUM !!!!!
What a GREAT salad. Loved the combination of greens (something I don't eat enough of !). I substituted feta for the gorgonzola as the spouse isn't too keen on it .. feta was a good swap. Loved the taste of the toasted walnuts .. will soooo make this again !!!"
