Had 17 guests coming for Palm Sunday dinner. Lamb can be difficult, who likes it, who does not, who likes it rare, med, etc... a pain. I end up with far too much leftover and not much to do with it. Saw this recipe and decided to go with it. Untested -- but then it's an Ina Garten recipe and she never steers me wrong.

These are outstanding! wonderful texture and not that usual syrupy sweet 'glaze'. Loved by all ages. Note for 'moorenews4u'. all you have to do on a Mandoline is make your first slice on the bias. The rest will follow.
